We accept returns on items that have arrived damaged in transit, or cut to the wrong size by our workshop.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
It is essential that all screens are checked upon receipt. If any of the packaging appears to be damaged or not intact, the goods must be signed or noted with the courier as “damaged”. If someone is signing for the goods on your behalf, please ensure that he/she is aware of and understands the terms of delivery. We need to be informed of any damage within 2 calendar days of receipt. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in a void claim. Due to the insurance liability.
